Take the bus Line 12 and ride 6 stops to Maelbeek/Maalbeek stop as it offers a connection with the metro (Line 1 or 5). 3. Reservation

What is the difference between a twin room and a double room?
A twin room has two single beds, whereas a double can have either a queen-sized bed or a king-sized bed.

A credit card is required to book a room with us through online reservation. However, cash payments are accepted upon your arrival, if you wish to settle the amount with this method. For walk-in guests, cash payments are also accepted if a deposit is guaranteed.

Please check the details of your reservation, the hotel offers differ from one travel agency/website to another. If you book directly on our website, we offer room only as well as breakfast included, and you can make your choice.

Breakfast price is €19 at the hotel.

International Continental Breakfast Buffet with a variety of Middle Eastern-inspired offers is served at the hotel. Gluten-free alternatives are available upon request. Please let us know your dietary restrictions in advance so we can best accommodate you throughout your stay. You can view the breakfast menu here on our website.

Breakfast is served at the hotel from 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM every day.

Unfortunately, our guest rooms are not equipped with facilities for guests with disabilities.

Yes, our hotel has 5 Family Craves rooms in total that are suitable for families up to 4 people.

Both, most of the rooms have a shower, and only a limited number of them has a bathtub. There are 33 rooms with bathtub in total (all room categories combined). If you want to book a room with bathtub, please leave your request with us and we will try our best to accommodate you depending on our availability.

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

4. Check-in and Check-out

What is the check-in time at the hotel?

Check-in at the hotel is possible from 02:00 PM.

Yes, a security deposit of €100 to cover potential damage and any incidental charges that may incurred during your stay will be required upon check-in. This deposit will be collected either in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer, and you will be fully refunded upon your check-out if an inspection found no damage to the accommodation.

Check-out at the hotel is possible until 11:30 AM.

Late check-out is exclusively subject to availability and approval by Reception. Please contact our Reception to know the possibility of having a late check-out as well as its policy and additional fee.
