Onze ontbijtzaal is een oase van eenvoud en comfort. Genesteld in het hart van ons hotel, is het een plek waar de geur van vers gezette koffie zich vermengt met die van vers gebakken gebak. Met veel natuurlijk licht en comfortabele zitplaatsen is het ontworpen voor ontspannen ochtenden en ongehaaste gesprekken. Of u nu de voorkeur geeft aan een rustig hoekje of aan een gemeenschappelijke tafel voor een gezellig gesprek, onze plek past zich aan uw voorkeuren aan.

  Great location, easily walking distance to many attractions and the the central station.

We were placed across the st, which meant we had a key to the main door and to the room. That portion of the hotel is right under Bia Mara restaurant. We did have a slight security incident where someone tried to open our bedroom door, do be careful if you on that side of the property. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

  The hotel reception is inside the restaurant, FYI. We were put in the building across the street, so they escorted us across the way, which was directly above a restaurant. Unfortunately I had broken my foot three days earlier and they did not have an elevator, and only a very long flight of stairs. However, despite all this, the room was pretty great. It was spacious and clean, and had far more amenities than any other hotel we've seen in all of Europe. The restroom was extremely small, and we would not recommend showering together, and the shower head would not fit so we had to hold it, but it was fine. The room was cozy and quaint, and there was blackout curtains. It was reasonably quiet for being in city center right above a restaurant, but if you're very sensitive to noise maybe choose somewhere a bit further out. We didn't mind, and so we enjoyed it. They gave us water which was great. Bed was clean and comfy, and ceiling fan was quiet and efficient. Despite some drawbacks I loved it and would stay again.

  I loved my stay and the hotel was both unique and luxurious. The room was beautiful and the staff were very nice and accommodating. They let us leave our bags letting us explore the city more on our first and last day. Definitely worth a visit and I can't wait to come again!

  Such a charming place to stay during our visit.

As many stated, it is in the heart of Brussels.  Being in the heart of the city has its pros and cons .  So many things within walking distance from the hotel.  We open our windows and there is the main street.  Of course, that also means you hear the street sounds through out the evening.  We didn't mind since we soaked in the sights, sounds, and energy of Brussels.

This hotel greeted us with 2 gifts in particular - pieces of Belgium chocolate  and ear plugs.  :-)

Like most places we encountered, the staff is fluent in both French and English.

  Very beautiful and comfy rooms, staff is helpful and polite, breakfasts are rich and tasty. Also it was really great to visit restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Perhaps, one of the best hotels I've ever been to - highly recommend!
